Ranking policy

Results are ordered by how well a lawyer matches your practice area and location, whether the profile is verified and complete, and responsiveness to past requests.

You can re-sort and filter results at any time, and the filters you choose always take priority over our default order.

We never rank or filter by race, ethnicity, religion, national origin or any other protected characteristic, and we do not offer such categories as filters.

Paying for a listing does not change the facts in a profile or suppress other lawyers from results.

Any promoted position is labeled clearly as promoted wherever it appears.

If you believe a listing is inaccurate or misleading, report it and our review team will investigate and act.
