We confirm receipt after submission and check the claim against official records such as the state bar directory.

Clear factual errors are corrected right away. Contested items are reviewed by our editorial lead before any change.

Guides carry a last reviewed date, and we note the change when a correction affects the substance of the advice.

Lawyer listings record the date each detail was last checked and the source used.

Every guide has a review due date. Our editorial report flags guides that are overdue, missing sources, missing a reviewer or missing a review date.

A guide that fails any of those checks cannot be marked indexable.
