Verifying ownership is free and proves you are authorised to manage the listing. It does not create a membership on its own. Managing the profile and receiving consultation requests need an active Client Connect membership: Solo is $69.99 a month or $599.88 charged once a year, and every membership starts with a 30 day trial that needs a card on file. There is no permanent free membership.
